From humble beginnings in Washington, NC, God has blessed Addie Marica Harris Rawls to achieve much and she truly believes that “to whom much is given much is required.” As a minister of the gospel, Addie makes full proof of her ministry by going throughout the world to preach the gospel. More importantly, she has answered her five-fold ministry call to pastor and plant a local ministry in Smithfield, North Carolina called the New Generation Christian Church.

Our History
New Generation is “a community church meeting the needs of the community.” New G had its first service on September 5, 2010. In 2020, New Generation will be celebrating 10 years of Ministry. New G’s motto is “step by step we make this journey.” God has done great things for New Generation, and the best is still yet to come! New G is a church that believes in Miracles, Signs, and Wonders. New Generation Christian Church began in a 1500 square foot building and outgrew the facility within the first six months. New G moved to its current location and recently finished the “New G Center” which is their Youth Church. Come join New Generation Christian Church for they believe that “a church alive is worth the drive!”
